By downloading Art Mystique tubes and scrap kits, you acquire the rights to use the content in a non commercial way, but not the content itself. All legal rights remain the copyright owners (Levanah Baldin) at any times. You may use the tubes in many non commercial projects except publication in magazines or books. All finished projects must contain the artist's copyright in a clear and visible writing on top of the tubes, your license number and a visible link to Art Mystique anywhere on the graphic. The copyright note should read Copyright or © Art Mystique 2009 and the URL should read http://artmystique.com . In e-mail stationary or projects visible on the internet, the URL must link to the Art Mystique website. The license is free but for individuals only. Members of groups must apply individualy. Examples for creations and how to... *********************************************** * Email stationary for any e-mail software. The graphics must all have your license number and a copyright note to Art Mystique. Both must be clearly visible. The footer of your stat must contain a text link back to the website http://artmystique.com at any time, as well as your license number. * Tags. They must contain your license number, a copyright note and the web address http://artmystique.com. All has to be readable for anyone. * Websets. Same as for stationary with a link back to the website. * Postcards for relatives or friends: same as for tags. All creations must be of non commercial nature. You may not mix Art Mystique artwork with works by other artists, with the exception of scrap kits. You may not share your license number, password or tubes with anyone at any time. The usage being free makes it easy enough for anyone to ask for their own license. The given passwords can change at the artists discretion and you may enquire for an updated version at any time. Changes in passwords can happen on a monthly base to protect the download areas. The artist can revoke the given license at any time when she thinks that you have broken her legal rights by not sticking to the above rules. The artist has the right to refuse a license to you.
